New Initiative and Exciting NEWS - Faces of MPN

We are launching the first-ever “Faces of MPN” a series of personal stories from Canadian healthcare professionals, caregivers and patients diagnosed with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) to raise awareness and gain a better understanding of the condition.

If you are willing to share your experience and journey with us, please submit a written account of your diagnosis and how it has affected your life in 500 words or less. You can also include a casual photo, which will accompany your story.

Your story and participation will be shared and help to inspire, educate and support others in your MPN community who have been affected by this rare diagnosis.
