Have you been diagnosed with Myelofibrosis?
Clinical Outcomes Solutions, a healthcare research company, is conducting a research study to understand patients’ experiences with myelofibrosis. The study will involve completing two short online surveys.
You may be eligible if:
• You have been diagnosed with primary or secondary myelofibrosis
• You are currently experiencing symptoms related to myelofibrosis
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are able to complete surveys on the internet
Eligible participants will be compensated for their time and effort. All information that you provide in the study will be confidential, and your contact information will only be used for
the purposes of compensation, arranging your participation in the surveys, and scheduling the interview.
